Monitoring – Is Big Brother Watching?
Gloria has received a mail from her boss, with just a single ? in the subject line. She checks the thread of related emails and finds out that it has something to do with an AWS notification. She reads the full thread with a worried look:

She realizes that these notifications are being sent to her boss’s email inbox. She needs to make the IT team aware of it, to fix the possible issue soon. She replies to the last email, forwards it to the IT team, and quickly goes to the IT block.
