Framing Your Adoption
In the last chapter, we discussed why strategy is important and looked at common adoption scenarios to help you define an approach that works for your business. But strategy without execution is just a bunch of ideas – exciting ideas with amazing potential, sure, that are great to talk about with your colleagues, but just ideas, nonetheless.
