How to do it...

1. Right click on the project and then click on the Publish button to open the Publish window.
2. In the Publish window, choose the Create New option and click on the Publish button, as shown in the following screenshot:

3. In the Create App Service window, you can choose the existing resources or click on the New button to choose the new Resource Group, the App Service Plan, and the Storage Account, as shown in the following screenshot:
