12.1 Overview of tools to manage the exchange
There are many tools and sources of information within WebSphere BI Connect
to manage the system. These tools are available at a number of levels. Low-level
sources of information, such as WebSphere Application Server log files, can be
useful to investigate low-level problems. Other tools provide a chronological list of
events that have occurred, or are happening right now, in the system.
Higher-level tools look at documents as they pass through WebSphere BI
Connect and events as they are related to a certain document. And there are
tools in the system that are specific to certain protocols, notably AS2 and
RosettaNet.
