Long description

A cylindrical optic fiber is centered length-wise on the x-axis of a coordinate plane. A light beam from the left side of the fiber on the negative x-axis meets the side of the fiber on the positive y-axis. The fiber reflects at 0.0032 degrees to the horizontal.
