I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The reason people join your team will not be the reason they stay. They’ll join because they love the products, the income opportunity, or you. They’ll stay because they feel they belong.
The strongest foundation you can build for your business is relationships. The closer the relationships you have with your team the happier they’ll be, the longer they’ll stay, and the harder it will be for them to leave.
