Maximizing the Potential of Social Media

Social media has brought the biggest boon to network marketers since the industry began, offering unlimited access to a mind-boggling array of contacts.

When I helped an American company launch into Australia in 2013 and 2014 I conducted a survey among the first five hundred people to sign on, to find out where they first heard about the company.

Apart from the traditional methods, such as being invited, introduced, or referred by someone they knew, the reports included meeting on Star Wars and Candy Crush fan pages, having babies on the same day, and sharing a birthday or last name.
