First the pleasure bit. Your body is calibrated in such a way that it can predict exactly, in space, where your limbs are. That's why you can hit a tennis ball when you're on the run. If you think about it, that's an amazing feat of awareness. Your body just seems to know where the racket needs to be at a specific moment in time to hit the ball with the right force in the right direction.
