Here is the controversial chapter; is being a parent actually a career? Is being a housewife/househusband or a mother or father actually a ‘job’?

Note that even the author of the comment refers to it as five years ‘out of the workforce’. We almost all refer to a woman taking a ‘career-break’ ...
