At the point of retirement
The big moment is approaching, so it may seem that there is little more you can do to secure the best possible retirement. In fact, there are quite a few key decisions you can take that would make a lot of difference.
The first decision is about how you make the transition. In the past we used to think of retirement as a one-off ‘big bang’ transition that moved us permanently from the world of work into the world of pipes and slippers.
