CHAPTER SUMMARY

This chapter went into detail on how HR personnel can use the five secrets of value creators. The meaning of value can sometimes get blurred for HR because of a strong focus on cost containment and transactional services. Although these Control quadrant activities are important, they distract HR from its core mission of creating the appropriate organization culture, a Collaborate quadrant activity.
