APPENDIX I: CAN-DO LEADER TPL LEADERSHIP STYLE PROFILER
This profiler will help you gain insight into your natural leadership style. It is important that you give candid responses.
You are not being tested for “right” and “wrong” answers. Don’t spend too much time thinking about each situation. When choosing your response, your immediate reaction is probably the real you.
Start at the beginning. Do not read what is on the next page until you have completed the page in front of you. Skipping ahead might bias your responses and give you a false reading of your leadership style.
