How to Plan a D365 F&SCM Project
In the previous chapters, we took a good look at the different areas that can be a major challenge during our D365 projects. Starting in this chapter, we’re now going to begin looking at the process of running a project from start to finish, following the Success by Design model. I’m not going to specifically talk about project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, as I prefer a combination of the two. We’ll talk about that in the next section.
