Build and Maintain Trust
This principle is like a reservoir. In building a reservoir, a location is chosen, then a dam is designed and constructed. Once the dam is finished, the river slowly fills the reservoir. The process can take years.
Once it is completed, a reservoir creates energy that can be used hundreds of miles away. However, if the dam isn’t built and cared for properly, it can fail, with catastrophic results. In most situations, if the dam were to suddenly break, the water would drain within a few hours, flooding the surrounding area.
