So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

An assessment is an evaluation of, for example, a process. In your work, you may need to perform an assessment of a given situation. Such an assessment is often based on a questionnaire in either digital or analog form. Users answers questions, and a score is calculated based on their answers.
