In this chapter, we will tie together what we have learned from Chapters 5 through 7 into a cohesive structure that we can use to create a typical restore scenario. Note that we have not yet touched on all concepts of restoring data in the previous chapters; that will be remedied in this chapter, since I will focus more on the various conditions and options that are shown on the various screens in SSMS and that are available from using sqlcmd. This chapter will therefore be more of an all-encompassing look at every angle of restoring data within SQL Server
