Getting Your App Out There: Packaging and Publishing

Now you know the basics of using the BlackBerry API to develop applications. This chapter is going to be a bit different. The best application is only successful if people actually use it, and to do that, they have to be able to find it and install it onto their BlackBerry devices. Of course, I’ve talked about signing your application and loading it onto a device using the command-line javaloader utility, but that was only to allow you to continue to explore BlackBerry development.
