Adding Textures
Games need graphics that look good for the game. Right now the Alien Turtle Invasion game is a set of blocks that interact with one another. We could use graphics that we build from scratch, but instead we take a bit of a shortcut and use some premade assets for our game. Fortunately there are several communities of game developers that share their work with one another. After some searching on the Open Game Art website, I came across a great set of graphics for our game.
