About the Authors
Dr. Silvia Pfeiffer has worked on novel media technology for more than 20 years and is an internationally renowned expert in new web video standards. Silvia was an editor of the HTML5 standard and continues to edit the WebVTT specification and several other specification documents at the W3C. Silvia has in the past worked on accessibility at Mozilla and Google and contributed code to the Google Chrome browser.
