First of all, I feel that I ought to thank Mick Dobson of the Watford Enterprise Agency in Hertfordshire, England. It was Mick’s idea to market the idea I had for this book in the first place. WENTA is an impressive organization, and at the time that we were thinking about the book, I had been attending one of Mick’s thought-provoking seminars on pay-per-click advertising in North Watford. When I eventually followed up on his idea, Mick was there to offer plenty of advice and encouragement.
The result is this book. However, although it bears my name, the book’s contents are the result of a three-way collaboration between myself, Apress Editor Ben Renow-Clarke, and Technical Reviewer Garry Patchett.
