GETTING TO KNOW VISUAL STUDIO

Visual Studio is an integrated development environment (IDE) from Microsoft. Its newest version, Visual Studio 2010, can be used to develop applications for all Microsoft platforms, including Windows, .NET Framework, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone, Silverlight, and Azure. It has several editions, ranging from the free Express editions to the Professional, Premier, and Ultimate editions that are especially tailored for the needs of professional software developers.
