Advanced Configuration and Customization
The new Settings app contains just about every configuration option that PC users will need, but sometimes you want more control. For this the Windows classic Control Panel and Administrative tools still exist. Some of these functions are designed purely for IT system administrators in businesses, but there are many others that can give you much more flexibility over your Windows setup.
