Organizational Commitment

Organizational commitment is measured as the bond an employee holds with his or her employer. Organizational commitment and workplace motivation interact in a direct correlational manner. In this chapter, organizational commitment will be introduced as we continue to discover the process of building a cultural driven workplace that supports employee retention, performance, and motivation.
