Model and Application
Knowledge, learning, and education are all wonderful things when they are used and applied to careers, daily life, health, and relationships. This book, till this point, has provided significant information regarding workplace motivation factors, organizational commitment, cultural perspectives, case studies, and analyses. The next task is to apply the vast constructs to specific teams and groups. In order to do so, the author will discuss a theoretical model that the author has developed to apply to any work group, team, and organization to identify workplace dynamics with interpretations and measures. With that said, he added the caveat of “it depends.”
