Being agile requires teams to avoid multitasking because they are more productive when they focus.

Is this quote just the latest variation of the old expression about being too busy? Or is it a symptom of an increasingly greater problem? My concern is that it is symptomatic of a much greater problem: More and more people are expected to do more and more—and all at the same time. And the way that this manifests itself is by trying to juggle multiple tasks at once.
