Over the course of the past few years, we have done several Best Boss workshops and webinars where, among other things, we share our study insights. Once we have fully explained and discussed the Best Boss Leadership dimensions, we ask the audience if anything about the dimensions came as a surprise to them. Typically, there is no response.
