Pros and Cons of Insourcing and Outsourcing
Many reasons exist for insourcing and outsourcing the variety of work that is involved in the business of photography. You’re probably familiar with the term outsourcing, but you may wonder what I mean by insourcing. I mean not doing a task yourself—rather, hiring someone to come in and do the work for you. Now let’s look at the various tasks and roles you might decide to insource or outsource.
