I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
RESULTS
The LSR has provided a wide variety of very useful information and reports, including but not limited to:
• Interest in advancement by leadership level;
• Willingness to relocate at every target level—executive, senior manager, department manager, and front-line manager;
• Statistics on numbers of people “ready now” for advancement (bench strength);
• Statistics on numbers of people “ready with development” for advancement;
• Proportion of management population at or above competency targets (for current level of management); and
• Percentage of managers who meet or exceed the target levels for current level of management.
