MANAGING MULTILINGUAL TEXT
There is more than one way to turn a source HTML page into a target HTML page. The method you use depends largely on the software you have on hand as well as the skill level of your translators and editors. In general, there are four methods for managing text in web pages and graphics, each with its own advantages and disadvantages.
Method 1: Working Within the File
The most straightforward way of turning a source HTML page into a target HTML page is to work within the file itself.
