The FedEx site is enormous and enormously complex. What makes the localization of this site impressive is not so much the front-end translation (which is clearly lacking on many sites) but the back-end functionality. Consider the challenge of providing users around the world with web sites that display shipping rates in local currencies and delivery dates and times in the correct formats.
