Up Against the Limits
A young corporation with a vibrant business concept is growing rapidly—too rapidly. Several factions are emerging: founding employees vs. “post-founding” hires, new-building occupants vs. old-building occupants, function x vs. function y, home office vs. field offices, male vs. female, and minority vs. white.
