There’s nothing wrong with word of mouth. Positive word of mouth can get your phone ringing. And it’s great when interested and qualified prospects call you. Nothing better! The problem is, for most businesses word of mouth is not enough. Their phones are not ringing off the hook. And sometimes the people who do call are not always a good match.
