Introduction
The Agile Alliance is a nonprofit organization with global membership committed to advancing agile development principles and practices. One of the organization’s main programs is the annual North American conference (Agile2013 was the conference held in 2013). In order to find program content for the weeklong conference, the Agile Alliance runs an open submission process so that anyone can submit a presentation idea. A committee of volunteers then reviews the proposals, provides feedback, and selects the 240 sessions that will be part of that year’s program.
