The Investigation
My mind was racing as I stepped out of Chris’s office. I need to get my team together, go over what happened, get everyone on the same page, and then talk to them about the problems they were having with the new improvements we implemented. Once I do that, I’ll come up with some solutions that apply to our major customers, sell the plan to Chris, and then begin implementing it immediately.
