2.4.1 Task-based data

Online usability studies involve some kind of user tasks. People are actually trying to do something on the site as opposed to just looking at it. What they're trying to do might be something they decided for themselves or it might be something that you asked them to do. There might be just one task or many tasks. There are several forms of task-based data.
