The Access Task Survey generated a number of preliminary findings about participants’ expectations of where to find information within each of the two PHRs. Click data from the access tasks will first be presented, followed by post-task data.

Access task 1: Add a child's medical information

In this task, participants were asked to locate the link that would allow them to create a second file for an additional family member (i.e., “profile” on Google Health or “record” on Microsoft HealthVault).
