It is not an exaggeration to say that the word of the year in the function of risk management is polycrisis. Polycrisis is described by the World Economic Forum (WEF) as a risk that includes known and unknown risks such as artificial intelligence, pandemics, an uncertain economy, and more. One must only have been an HR practitioner in the last several years to have firsthand experience of the multitude of risks that must be managed in the modern workplace.
