9. Building Transformation Traction

Traction in corporate transformations is built both through sound process architecture as well as one-on-one leadership. Just as we have discovered in the crafting of an ACT-based transformation Launch, there are a number of subtle but important micro-levers that a leader can throw to increase individual commitment and build and sustain traction during its Execution Phase.
