Introduction
Obviously, technology has afforded the learning field many advantages. As previously mentioned in this book, big data can be leveraged to understand the true value of an organization’s learning assets. As the learning field moves closer to a learning-for-one model, big data analysis will become increasingly important to understanding the needs of an increasingly granular goal. In turn, we have the opportunity to analyze big data sets in aggregate to develop a clearer understanding of the value of the design, relevancy, and business impact of learning.
