MANY BUSINESS OWNERS with whom I spoke and many managers and leaders with whom I’ve consulted mention a perceived lack of time as their key challenge. Given that everyone on the planet has the same amount of time available to him or her, our perceptions of time deficit aren’t about time itself but about how we use it.
