Chapter 14. Turnarounds
What can you do to become a big winner if you are not one? If you are a winner, what can you do to prevent being a big loser? In this chapter, I argue that to become a big winner, you should start with focus and work your way to discipline and agility. Focus will bring you to a sweet spot, discipline will allow you to protect it, and agility will enable you to extend it. Similarly, to avoid being a big loser, guard against diffuseness as it brings you to a sour spot and leads to ineptness and rigidity.
