Abstract
Diabetes is characterized by high blood glucose levels that has become a worldwide public health problem mainly in underdeveloped countries due to poor nutrition. Diabetes Mellitus has different categories according to its etiology and pathophysiological mechanisms. However, the most common are the Diabetes Mellitus type 1 and Diabetes Mellitus type 2. Currently, there are different tests for the diagnosis of diabetes, however, through the glucose tolerance test, different categories of diabetes can be diagnosed through time series.
