Abstract
In this modern era of nanotechnology, various engineered nanomaterials have been manufactured by a greener technique. Green Nanomaterial synthesis has evolved as an eco-friendly method of producing Nanomaterial with a wide range of biological, chemical, and physical features. It has emerged as a viable alternative, offering an economical, and energy-efficient method for producing a wide spectrum of nanomaterials. The creation of environment benign processes for producing nanostructures is a major aspect in the field of nanotechnology. Since the last two decades, nanoparticles have been constantly evaluated and utilized in a variety of industries. The physical and chemical processes involved for synthesis of nanomaterial require a lot of toxic chemicals that are harsh to the environment. The utilization of plant extracts, fungi, bacteria, and algae for the synthesis of nanoparticles has been acclaimed as a “green” technology. Metallic, non-metallic, and metal oxide nanoparticles have attracted a lot of attention due to their various properties, including their ability to combat with a variety of diseases and microbial infections. ...
