Abstract
Upcoming disease rate and high-end health crisis has made it essential to build up modern techniques which would have real time fast response monitoring, such as immune assays or PCR-based diagnosis for life threatening events like SARS COV2, cancer, TB. Biosensors are the devices that combine the physiological response with electronic system to generate the signal for analyte. This chapter focuses on enzyme-based biosensing methodology and tackling setbacks of conventional biosensors by enzymatic interaction. Also provides with application of this technology on commercial and large-scale expanding stage. Preferentially, bioreceptors that can be used for enzymatic interactions. It explains about various technologies that includes enzyme as bioreceptor and works to interpret signals. Applications of bioreceptors enzymatic interactions in the diversified area of health sciences, scientific research, daily life prognosis, etc. Implementation of enzyme-based nan-otechnological modification for superior biosensing elements. Elaborates on commercially used enzyme-based ...
