Abstract
In the diversifying technologies, magnetic nanoparticles have the features of solid magnetic properties, as well as liquid characteristics. These outstanding combined properties are the concern in the sensing era. In the field of biosensing, various magnetic nanoparticles are used to sense biological objects, such as molecular detection. Recently, new diagnostic platforms have been developed for the efficient measurement of cells and biomolecules. Among most of the biological samples are magnetic susceptible. Using this property, different magnetic sensors are designed for disease detection or getting valuable information. In this chapter, the variations of different magnetic sensors and their corresponding sensitivity responses and effects will be discussed. Magnetic sensors with different magnetic fluids, such as Fe3O4, MnFe2O4, have been used to analyze the effects on different particles. Different structures of sensors are simulated to monitor biological interactions with the distinction of magnetic strength variation (Oe). In the photonic crystal fiber (PCF) technology, the magnetic sensors have unique properties, such that ...
