Chapter 4 BizTalk in Microsoft Azure Services
Cloud is the new frontier and Microsoft is a dominant provider of cloud services via Microsoft Azure. Microsoft provides several options for hosting BizTalk as a cloud or Azure service. One of these options is Microsoft Azure BizTalk Services (MABS). MABS is a cloud-based integration service. It implements cloud and hybrid integration solutions through business to business and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) capabilities. BizTalk on Azure is available in the following two forms:
- BizTalk Infrastructure as a Service – IaaS
- BizTalk Integration Platform as a Service – PaaS
