Method 1 – the Poly Build tool

Let's start off with a new tool in Blender 2.8: the Poly Build tool.

First, let's move those four vertices up to the baby dragon's face so we can begin the retop:

  1. Position your 3D view so that you can see both the nose of the baby dragon and the BabyDragon_Main_Retop object (refer to the following screenshot).
  2. Tab into Edit Mode on the BabyDragon_Main_Retop object.
  3. Select all four vertices.
  4. Press G to grab and drag them to the dragon's face:
