A field of eyeballs

As the eye opens on the second blink, the orange will spread across the entire scene, and many other eyeballs will suddenly pop into place. With clever use of layers, key adjustments, and Multiframe, we can reuse one eye over and over with organic differences:

  1. Create a new layer called Spread. On frame 45 in Draw Mode, insert an empty keyframe with Strokes | Animation | Insert blank keyframe.
  2. On frame 46, use a combination of the Draw tool and Curve tool to create tendrils of orange emanating from the Blender logo's orange, right after the eye opens.
  3. In the Draw Mode header, turn on Additive Drawing , and on frame 47 ...
