For sculpting an organic creature like a dragon, nothing feels as free and fast as Blender's dynamic topology feature: Dyntopo. As we learned earlier in this chapter, Dyntopo dynamically adds or removes the geometry needed to realize a stroke, letting us forget about polygons. Sometimes the entirety of a sculpting project can go from beginning to end using only this feature.
Dyntopo has several parameters that we can set by opening the Dyntopo pop-over menu on the right side of Tool Settings at the top of the 3D Viewport, as seen here:
