Blender Internal Textures

WE ALREADY KNOW ABOUT how to apply materials to objects, but sometimes that is not enough to obtain the desired result. Well, we can say that there can be no professional result if we don't combine the material with textures. However small the project is, we have to know how to apply textures to materials in order to improve the final look.

A texture is a simple image or pattern that is applied to the surface of the object and usually combined with the material. This process is commonly called mapping by studios.
